Travel Pharmacy Jobs FAQs

How do I become a Soliant Travel Pharmacy Professional?

Applying is easy. Just fill out an application online or call us at 877-SOLIANT and one of our pharmacy recruiters will be happy to walk you through the application process to become a travel pharmacy professional with Soliant.

As a traveling pharmacy professional, how long do I need to commit?

The majority of Soliant travel healthcare job assignments are for 13 weeks. Occasionally, opportunities for shorter or longer assignments are available. The benefit of traveling with Soliant is that we can find you the ideal working situation. Simply let us know where, when, and how long you want your assignment.

When accepting a pharmacy travel position, we ask that you commit to the length of that assignment only. After the assignment is completed, you are under no obligation with that facility or with Soliant.

How will Soliant Health prepare me for my pharmacy assignment?

Once you have accepted a pharmacy job, your personal account executive will confirm your start date, shift, and salary. Behind the scenes, our travel coordinators will ensure all travel and lodging arrangements are prepared in advance of your arrival. We will send you a package with all the information you will need to start your pharmacy travel assignment, including accommodations.

Where can I go as a traveling pharmacy professional?

You have the flexibility to travel anywhere in the country, from small towns to big cities; from local family run pharmacies to large hospitals. Soliant Health offers positions across the nation, you choose your assignment based on what you are looking for in a working environment. Just tell us when and where you want to go and we’ll take care of the rest.

Once I'm licensed to travel in one state, how long does it take to get licensed in the next state I'm traveling to?

It depends on the state; each has different licensing regulations. You may be able to get your license the same day you apply, or it may take up to several months.

Does Soliant cover professional insurance?

Yes, we cover professional insurance, but we recommend you carry your own as well.

How will my compensation be structured? What will my earnings be as a traveling professional?

We customize compensation for every assignment. We take the time to talk with you about your needs, and customize the compensation structure around you. Contact us for specific pay information.

When and how will I be paid?

Soliant Health has a weekly pay system. You’ll be paid every Friday during your assignment and we’ll be glad to deposit your check directly for you.

When can I begin?

Now! Simply contact us or fill out our online application to learn more about your desired practice opportunities as a partner with Soliant Health. You won’t believe how easy we make it.
