Our Athlete Career Program, developed in partnership with United States Olympic Committee, helps U.S. Olympians, Paralympians, coaches and hopefuls build their professional skills and prepare for life after sport.

These elite athletes bring unique skills - teamwork, time management, determination, international experience and more - to the workplace, and we help bring them together with great career opportunities at leading companies.

In fact, we hired one of these elite athletes ourselves. Keith Moffatt, a Junior Pan Am gold medalist and 2012 Olympic was hired through the Athlete Career Program as a Soliant junior recruiter.
