Soliant Health is interviewing for an Epic Ambulatory/MyChart Analyst for a Permanent job in Pennsylvania.
-Under the minimal supervision of a manager or director and according to established policy and procedures, the Epic Ambulatory/MyChart Analyst performs complex system analysis, design, integration, testing, implementation, maintenance and planning of assigned applications and/or projects.
-Directly interacts with assigned department managers and staff to provide automation services in support of department’s strategic and operational objectives.
-Ensures development of training materials, production of continuity workbooks, documentation of standard operating procedures and user checklists.
-Participates in department and hospital task forces, focus groups and/or committees as assigned by their supervisor to meet the group objectives.
-Must be certified in both Epic Ambulatory and Epic MyChart
-Must have strong build experience in both Epic Ambulatory and Epic MyChart
-Must have design analyst role experience in developing, conducting and implementing financial/economic analysis, decision support systems, strategic plans and data models or job related analytical experience.
-Operational knowledge of healthcare areas such as nursing, perioperative services, emergency department and support services is preferred.
A successful systems analyst must acquire four skills: analytical, technical, managerial and interpersonal.
-The candidate must possess both EpicCare Ambulatory and MyChart Certification with minimum 3-5 years of application build and support experience for each.
-Experience completing 2-3 full lifecycle Epic projects with strong references and be able to provide expert application and technical support.
