Epic Interface Analysts HL-7 Contract Jobs- North Carolina

Soliant Health is currently looking for Epic Interface Analysts for long-term contracts in North Carolina.
Interface Analysts will participate in the design, development, and testing of real-time interfaces and data conversion specific to Epic implementation.
Job Responsibilities
-Conduct analysis, design, development and implementation activities related to the creation and maintenance of interfaces required for Epic implementation
-Conduct analysis, design, and development and implementation activities related to conversion of data required for Epic implementation
-Create data flow diagrams depicting current and future states
-Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation/specifications
-Schedule and lead team meetings, report on status and follow up of action items when required
-Build and maintain mapping tables
-Participate in testing efforts: test planning, processing/tracing messages, researching errors and conducting root cause analysis to identify corrective actions
-Maintain current knowledge of technology trends including HL7, Epic software, and participate in system upgrades and testing.
-Monitor and reconcile interface error logs; conduct root cause analysis and edit/modify/correct HL7 messages through the use of interface utility tools

-The successful candidates will have 1-5 years of related experience as an interface analyst
-Experience developing and supporting HL7 interfaces
-Technical understanding of Cache data structures
-Understanding of Epic technical architecture and knowledge of Epic suite of products
-Experience with OpenLink, EGate, or similar interface engine/message broker
