A school district near Georgetown, Delaware has a job for a Teacher of the Visually Impaired, for the upcoming school year. The position is full time, working up to 40 hours a week, for the full school year. Knowledge of Braille is required, and candidates must be familiar with teaching Braille. The position is working one-on-one with a bilingual Spanish student. Ideal candidates are bilingual, but that is not a requirement for the positon. Candidates must have a Delaware Teacher of the Visually Impaired Certificate, or should be able to acquire one before the start of the school year.
