Our client in Chicago, Illinois is looking for a clinical pharmacist/consultant to fill an immediate and permanent opportunity. You will provide pharmaceutical and consultant services to a designated territory (pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric). Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Drug Regimen Review, disease state management, public relations and problem solving, committee meetings, quarterly reporting, and medication pass observations.
