A medical technologist is needed in Alexandria to manage several support services and departments for a 100 bed 24/7 clinical research facility. The support services are laboratory services (sample processing lab), technical services, (paramedics, phlebotomists and research technicians) flowcharting/scheduling and training departments. The position will be become proficient in each area and will be responsible for hiring, counseling, evaluations and process improvements. Work schedule will vary and include some weekend work – must be very flexible.
