13+ Week Contract to Hire Long Term Care Pharmacy Technician West Palm Beach, FL

A long-term care pharmacy has an opening for a long-term care Pharmacy Technician. This facility is looking for a Pharmacy Technician who has at least 1 year of long-term care experience and is familiar with the RX30 Software. Spanish is preferred but not mandatory. Description
- Work with pharmacist to help prepare and give out prescription medication.
- Take prescriptions over the phone, work with health professionals and customers, help mix medicines, count pills, measure medication, label and give instructions for medicine. Control inventory.
- Deliver medication to resident facilities.
- Must be extremely accurate and provide first-rate customer service skills to customers or patients.
- Be able to confidently support a pharmacist.
- Must demonstrate great organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Qualifications
- FL licensed
- Long term care Pharmacy Technician experience
- FT availability
-RX30 Software Preferred
-Spanish speaking Preferred
