13-Week Contract Travel Pharmacist PA

Soliant is partnered with a long-standing facility that needs a pharmacist. This candidate should be holding appropriate licensures and have at least a year of inpatient experience. Work Hours: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, rotating shifts with occasional weekends
Duration: 13-week contract, temporary
Education: High School Diploma, PharmD is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Monitors drug therapies and conducts advising interventions
• Serves the patients, offers educational help regarding each drug, and prepares the medications
• Compounds, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of inpatient experience
• Holds PA
