Job Title: Paraprofessional

Location: Avondale, AZ

Hours: 29.5 hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students with disabilities in a variety of settings
• Assist with academic instruction, behavior management, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have an active IVP number in addition to AZ Fingerprint Card
• Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

2 Openings:

• 1:1 in Severe Sped Room
• Para in Level C behavior room
