Job Title: School Psychologist

Location: Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. 

Job details:

• Provide comprehensive psychological services to students, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies to support students' social-emotional, behavioral, and academic needs.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address students' mental health concerns.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with the school team to create and implement school-wide positive behavioral supports and interventions.
• Provide consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and other school staff on issues related to student behavior, mental health, and academic performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and trainings as required.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Current licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in the state of Arizona.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of social-emotional, behavioral, and academic development of students.
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and community partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
