SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant)
Soliant Health is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic SLPA to work with K-8th students for the upcoming school year. The SLPA will be responsible for assisting our licensed speech-language pathologists in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders. Responsibilities:
- Conducting screenings, assessments, and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities
- Developing and implementing treatment plans and interventions, under the direction of a licensed speech-language pathologist
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to facilitate students' progress
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of students' progress and treatment
- Providing guidance and support to students, parents, and staff regarding speech and language development
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- California SLPA license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
