BCBA / LBS - Elementary School Behavior Interventionist

Location: Fogelsville, PA

Position: Full-Time

Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our team as an Elementary School Behavior Interventionist. In this role, you will provide direct, intensive treatment aimed at helping students effectively respond to their daily environments in practical and productive ways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct appropriate functional behavioral assessments (FBA) to identify student needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Positive Behavioral Support Plans (PBSP) and intervention plans tailored to each student's unique requirements.
  • Focus on the current needs, functions, and support systems of students as they relate to educational and mental health challenges.
  • Organize and facilitate group and individual social skills activities to promote positive social interactions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or an equivalent LBS license.
  • Experience working with elementary school students, particularly those with behavioral challenges.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
