Blazerjobs is currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join a fantastic school team for the 2024-2025 academic year. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in our diverse student population.


  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment interventions
  • Participating in team meetings, workshops, and professional development activities


  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Arkansas state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
