Job Title: General Education Teacher (7th and 8th Grade)

Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced and passionate General Education Teachers for various subjects at the 7th and 8th-grade levels. As a General Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a quality learning experience for students while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The positions available include:

1. 7th Grade ELA General Education Teacher
2. 7th Grade Science General Education Teacher
3. 7th Grade Math General Education Teacher
4. 8th Grade Science General Education Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards for the specific subject and grade level.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and academic growth.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Utilize various teaching strategies, resources, and technology to enhance student engagement and understanding.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student development and address individual needs.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
• Ensure a safe and respectful classroom environment that adheres to school policies and procedures.
• Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (relevant teaching certifications preferred).
• Previous teaching experience at the middle school level is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject area(s) you will be teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for instructional purposes.
• Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction and accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
