School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)
Soliant is currently in search of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for an on-site school opportunity. This is a contracted position within an exceptional school district.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to identify functional limitations and establish individualized goals.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on assessments and tailored to specific student needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, encompassing therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications.
• Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
• A Master’s Level Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active state licensure.
• Preferred experience working with school-age students.
