Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Union County Schools (24/25 School Year)

Location: Union County Schools, Union, SC (Onsite)

Start Date: August 01, 2024

End Date: May 30, 2025

Hours: Full-time (M-F)

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Union County Schools! In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the communication development of students across various grade levels.


  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the specific needs of students.
  • Provide effective speech and language therapy services in a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to student success.
  • Monitor student progress and make adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.


  • Must hold a valid South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology License.
  • Prior experience working with students in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills in speech and language assessment and intervention.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
