Start: 4/18 (or ASAP)
End: 26-weeks (6-months)
Shift: Days shift, rotating weekends
Duties: Works with the healthcare team to make sure chemo decisions are proper. Hands on chemo mixing (sterile compounding), as well as supervising chemo mixing techs.
Experience: At least 2-years working as a clinic pharmacist with oncology knowledge. (Highly prefer an oncology pharmacist and/or PGY1/PGY2 with oncology emphasis.)
License: WI pharmacist license in good standing
