Schedule: Full-time; Remainder of the school year
Responsibilities: Working with students, staff, and parents; Completing FBA's and providing behavioral modifications and training
Availability for Interviews: Thursday at 11:30 AM or Friday after 1 PM
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Antioch, CA 94509. In this full-time role, you will work closely with students, staff, and parents to provide essential behavior analysis services. Your responsibilities will include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), implementing behavioral modifications, and providing training and support.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to understand behavior patterns
- Provide individual and group behavioral training and support
- Work closely with parents to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies
- Monitor and track progress, making adjustments as needed
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of behavioral data
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with students with behavioral challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to conduct FBAs and develop effective behavior intervention plans
