Ann Arbor, MI: School-based Social Worker

Calling on Master's level Social Workers with experience in school settings! Soliant is working with an elementary school in Ann Arbor, MI, and is seeking a contract Social Worker for the remainder of the school year.

Assignment details:

• Full-time applicants preferred
• Work with elementary school students
• Start: within 2-3 weeks of job offer at the latest
• End: end of school year--renewals for the next school year will be discussed as we approach the end of the school year 

Requirements:

• Applicants must hold a School Social Worker certificate, issued by the Michigan Department of Education 
• Experience with IEPs, METs, and student evaluations desired

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting students who require social worker services in their IEPs
• Crisis intervention
• Support students with trauma in their social histories
• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments
• Developing Behavior Intervention Plans
