Soliant Health is seeking to hire a Clinical Pharmacist to work remote for 6 + Months! Must be licensed in NJ, and in good standing, previous experience working PBM! Available to start ASAP! Contact: [email protected] 281.668.0671

Experience: 
-Knowledge and understanding of Medicare Part-D benefit regulations for formulary administration and Stars Ratings
-2+ years’ experience in managed care, retail, or mail-order pharmacy.
-Geriatric and Long-Term care preferred.
-Identify and support development of process enhancements, including activities that improve member experience and medication adherence.
-Contribute to projects aimed at improving Medicare Part C & D Stars Rating quality initiatives, HEDIS, CAHPS, and other quality metrics.
-Analyze Part D/pharmacy data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and outcomes, reports to managers and other internal or external stakeholders.
-Properly administer Clover Health’s Drug Formulary and support the Medication Therapy Management Program (MTMP).
