We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Warrenville, IL. This opportunity is open to both experienced SLPs with ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellows (CFs). 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to evaluate students’ communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in accordance with IEP requirements.
• Provide direct speech therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students’ speech and language development.
• Participate in IEP meetings to discuss progress, suggest goals, and contribute to the development of educational plans.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Illinois state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.
• Strong team player, capable of working collaboratively in a school setting.
• A compassionate and patient approach to working with children.
