AZ - Night Pharmacist Job - Hospital

Soliant is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team for a night shift role with a 7 nights on/7 nights off schedule. This position involves working with a diverse patient population, including surgical, non-surgical, telemetry, ICU, and adult/geriatric patients, many with a cancer diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the sole pharmacy representative during generally calm, low-stress, and low-volume night shifts.
• Assist with compounding, restocking for the day shift, and responding to occasional critical events by filling drip orders.
• Ensure accurate and timely medication management for all patients.

Shift Details:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 PM - 6:30 AM
• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 7 nights on/7 nights off

Position Details:

• Duration: 13 weeks with potential for temp-to-hire
• Seeking local talent, with weekly pay and medical benefits offered.
• Technology: EPIC and Pyxis systems

Ideal Candidate:

• Must hold an Arizona Pharmacist license.
• 3-5 years of inpatient pharmacy experience preferred, particularly with critical care and oncology patients.
