Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team as a Backfill RBT in Bennettsville, SC. This is a full-time position starting on September 18, 2023, and concluding on May 31, 2024. The Backfill RBT will provide one-on-one services to an Elementary student with severe autism, with a focus on implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting the student's educational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA or special education team
• Work closely with the assigned student to provide 1:1 support
• Document and record data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support
• Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina RBT License
• Previous experience working in school settings is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Commitment to supporting the educational and behavioral needs of students with autism
