Job Description:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Behavioral Services team. The BCBA will provide professional services to support district, schools and teams in the development and implementation of functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior support plans (BSPs). The BCBA will collaborate with district teams, families, and outside agencies to address student’s behavioral concerns. They will also provide BCBA services as determined by District Administrators.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement FBAs and BSPs
• Provide professional services to support district, schools and teams
• Collaborate with district teams, families, and outside agencies to address student’s behavioral concerns
• Provide BCBA services as determined by District Administrators
• Monitor and evaluate student progress
• Act as a liaison between school and outside agencies
• Create and maintain records on student progress
• Provide ongoing training and support to school staff
Requirements:
• BCBA certification
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
• Ability to work with a variety of student ages and abilities
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to travel between schools
