BCBA - Maternity Leave
Location: Greenwich, Connecticut
Duration: Full-time, Start ASAP until the end of May (no extension)
We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Greenwich, Connecticut on a full-time maternity leave contract. The BCBA will provide support to 8 Pre-K students and 14 Elementary school students.
Responsibilities:
• Implementing DT, utilizing ReThink, and reviewing data and interventions with teams at the various elementary schools
• Collaborating with families, school personnel, and other professionals to ensure best clinical outcomes
• Developing and reviewing behavior intervention plans
• Collecting, analyzing, and tracking data to document progress in achieving goals
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing behavior consultation
• Training, mentoring, and supervising other members of the team
Qualifications:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum of two years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of ethical and professional standards of behavior analysis
