Behavior Aide near Hastings, MN

Soliant is working with a school district near Hastings, MN to find a Behavior Aide to join their team! This role is on-site for the 2022/2023 school year. 

Details

• K-12 student caseloads available, 
• Full-time; Monday-Friday, school hours depending on grade level
• Renewals likely available for next year
• Responsibilities include: 
  • Provide direct student care in 1:1 and group settings 
  • Support transition needs
  • Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
  • Collaborate with the treatment team including the student, parents, other caregivers, and providers
  • Utilize safe & appropriate handling procedures when working with students

Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred but not required
• At least 1 year of experience working with children (0-16 years old) in a 1:1 setting or in a classroom, implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis Preferred
• Must be comfortable assisting with toileting needs
• Physical assessment with Courage Kenny is required before start

Compensation:
