Soliant is partnering with a reputable school district in Foster City, CA to fill a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position. We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual SLPA who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and provide exceptional speech and language services to students.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in conducting assessments and screenings
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of the SLP
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support students' communication goals
• Monitor and document students' progress
• Support the SLP in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required
• Valid SLPA license in California
• Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
