Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: South San Francisco, CA

Soliant is collaborating with a respected school district in South San Francisco, CA to fill a full-time SLP position for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with various speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic progress
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
  • Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English is preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
