Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: South San Francisco, CA

Soliant is collaborating with a respected school district in South San Francisco, CA to fill a full-time SLP position for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students with various speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic progress
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
- Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English is preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
