Soliant is seeking BCBA for the 2023-2024 School Year.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work collaboratively with students, parents, and educators to develop and implement behavior intervention plans that promote positive behavior and academic success. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, analyzing data, designing individualized behavior plans, and providing training and support to school staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with diverse needs.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to implement behavior support strategies in classrooms and other school environments.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to teachers and support staff on behavior management techniques.
  • Conduct staff workshops and professional development sessions on evidence-based behavior interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide input on student goals and accommodations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to behavior support plans and interventions.
  • Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience working as a BCBA in an educational setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of behavior analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide training and support to school staff.
  • Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about improving the lives of students with diverse learning needs.
