Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) hiring in Kingston & Newton, NH

Job Title: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team in Kingston, NH & Newton, NH. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral assessment, intervention, and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective behavior plans and strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Design and implement behavior programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Excellent assessment, observation, and data analysis skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Caseload: will travel between schools (PreK – 2^nd in Kingston) (3^rd to 5^th in Newton)

Schedule:

• 7 hours per day / 3 days per week
• August 2023 – June 2024
