Soliant is working with a school district near Santa Cruz, CA to find a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team! This role is on-site for the 2023/2024 school year. More details below.
Details

• K-12 students
• Contract, for the 23/24 school year
• Develop a coordinated behavior management program for the Special Education & Student Services department
• Planning development and implementation of program, procedures and best practices related to instruction using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) 
• Plans and provides, or supports the provision of, positive behavior management interventions and programs, for students, classrooms and school sites
• Develops and provides training to, and coordinates the work of instructional assistants and other staff implementing behavior intervention programs
• Collaborating with other clinicians (SLPs, OTs)

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification 
• Prefer but not required  2+ years experience in schools or with youth/pediatrics
• Dependable and passionate about the position 

Compensation:

• Negotiable and competitive hourly rate based on experience
  • $50-60/ hour
• Benefits are available (Vision, Dental, Medical, 401K with employer match)
