Job Description: Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for a part-time position in the Robertson County School District. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives by providing behavior analysis services and supporting their social, emotional, and behavioral development.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results
  • Provide direct behavior analysis services to students, including implementing behavior interventions and conducting behavior data collection
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement behavior support strategies in the classroom and school settings
  • Train and support teachers and staff in implementing behavior intervention plans and strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to behavior plans as necessary
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide input on behavior goals and strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working as a BCBA in a school or educational setting preferred
  • Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and strategies
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Active Tennessee license required
