This position spans the entire school year and involves working closely with students, staff, and parents to provide essential behavioral support and training. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct support to students with behavior challenges, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and data collection to monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
• Offer training and support to school staff and parents in implementing behavior modification techniques and strategies.
• Collaborate with the educational team to ensure a consistent and supportive approach to behavior management.
• Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute insights and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to behavior assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school environment that promotes student success and social-emotional growth.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality behavior analysis and support in an educational setting.
• Previous experience working with students with behavior challenges in a school environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, colleagues, and other professionals.
• Dedication to creating an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
• Availability to work full-time, 7 hours per day, throughout the entire school year.
