A School Near Norwalk, CT needs a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to fill an immediate opening. Candidates will be working in a school setting with a supportive staff and great atmosphere. Job Details:
- Full Time: 8:10am-2:40pm
- Contract Dates: ASAP-EOSY
- Case Load: 2-3 Classrooms with Students with ASD or other related disabilities
- Develop and oversee implementation of any needed BIPS for students
- Support skill acquisition by offering strategies to the team and be a part of school-based crisis team
- Ability to coach and consult with parents, teachers, and staff
- Responsible for conducting and observing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and VB MAPPS
- Consult on behavioral IEP goals for each student and function as a member of the PPT team
- Work side-by-side with teachers to assess students’ needs and improvements
Requirements:
- Must hold valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
- Master's Degree or higher in Psychology or Behavior Analysis
- Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of prevention and intervention strategies

This position is paid at a W2 hourly rate via direct deposit.
