Soliant currently has an opening available near Sorenson, CA for a full time BCBA for the remainder of the school year. 

Requirements:

• Must have a Master's or Doctoral Degree
• Must be licensed through the state board

Job Description:

• Full Time
• Possible extension into the 23 -24 School Year!
• K-12 Caseloads available
• Emphasis on behavior analytic, empirical approach to education, the extensive use of data in decision making, and the use of positive reinforcement to achieve maximum performance when working with students and co-workers.
• Conducts and oversees functional assessments of behavior; writes Positive Behavior Intervention Plans; reviews and approves Behavior Intervention Plan updates, Behavior Support Plans, and Student Behavior Strategies; trains staff to implement behavior plans through in-classroom modeling and coaching
• Ready to set up interviews
