Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) near Bakersville, NH. Job Details:

• Contracted for the current academic year with the possibility of extension
• Full-time position
• Must hold a valid BCBA certification

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create and implement effective behavior support strategies
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Requirements:

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Hold a valid license to practice in New Hampshire
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
