Clinical Pharmacist Role:

Review patient medication orders, participate in clinical rounds, teaching residents, participating in multidisciplinary workgroups, provide clinical expertise toward the development treatment plans and administration guidelines, at times oversee hazardous drug compounding, patient discharge counseling for Bone Marrow Transplants (BMT), transitions in care management for BMT patients

Ideal Candidate:

Active/ Clear MA License

Looking for Residency Training -Preferably in Oncology. If not residency trained then looking for someone with at least 1 year (preferable 2-3 years) working in Oncology clinical practice.

BCOP Certification-not required

Schedule consisting of:

Day Shift - 7am-3:30pm;

Some Evenings - 2:30-11pm

Some Weekends (every 3rd)

Rotating Holidays
