Position: Pharmacist
Schedule: Monday-Friday Days and afternoon Shifts (Between 7:00am to 7:30pm), rotating weekends
Duration: Permanent
Duties:

• Medical records and medication order verifications
• Functionality and security of pharmacy
• Consulting with physicians/nurses
• Pharmacokinetic dosing
• Manage pharmaceuticals and patience care records

Requirements: California Pharmacist License in hand
Compensation: Pay is competitive

Candidates with 1+ years of current inpatient experience, Transition of Care experience, and flexible schedules are encouraged to apply.
