Speech-Language Pathologist (California)

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide services to high school students in California. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and providing treatment to students with language, speech, voice, fluency, and/or social communication disorders.

Responsibilities:
• Perform speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ communication needs
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students
• Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement IEPs
• Monitor student progress, document therapy sessions, and maintain appropriate records
• Participate in staff meetings, parent meetings, and other meetings as required

Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California SLP license
• Previous experience working with school age students
• Ability to work full-time hours for the remainder of the school year
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Working knowledge of current technology and associated applications
