Pay Range: $25 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for multiple openings in an elementary school setting. The ideal candidates will be responsible for working with a caseload of elementary students at a 2:1 ratio, providing behavioral support and intervention under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position is available immediately and will continue until the end of the school year.


  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA
  • Provide one-on-one support to students to address behavioral goals and objectives
  • Collect data on student progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team


  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to become certified within a specified timeframe
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
