Calling on Master's level Social Workers seeking an opportunity to work in a school setting! Soliant is working with a long-time partner school district, and is seeking a contract Social Worker for the spring semester.
Requirements:
- Applicants must hold a valid Social Worker license in the State of Colorado
- Applicants must also hold a School Social Worker credential, issued by the Colorado Department of Education, in order to start the assignment (This process should take about 2 weeks)
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting students who require social worker services in their IEPs
- Crisis intervention
- Support students with trauma in their social histories
- Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments
- Developing Behavior Intervention Plans

- Shorter work hours--contracted hours will vary from 35 to 40 hours of work
- Shorter work year: school years vary from 180 to 185 days
