Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform nursing assessments and provide direct patient care in the Cath Lab.
  • Assist in preparing patients for cardiac procedures and interventions.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records of patient care.
  • Collaborate closely with the medical team to ensure high-quality and safe patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families about procedures, risks, and post-procedural care.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky (or compact license).
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a Cath Lab setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of cardiac procedures, equipment, and patient monitoring.
  • Proficient in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
