Cath Lab Tech Travel Assignment in Palos Heights IL

We are currently seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technician for a travel assignment in Palos Heights, IL. The ideal candidate will have ARRT and BLS certification, along with experience in cardiac catheterization procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures and ensure they are comfortable during the process
• Operate and maintain cath lab equipment
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any changes in their condition
• Collaborate with the cardiologist and other medical staff to provide exceptional patient care
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• ARRT and BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technician
• Experience in cardiac catheterization procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work 8 or 10-hour shifts as needed
