Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with school-based teams to assess students' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
- Implement strategies to enhance students' participation and success in the academic environment.
- Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support the overall well-being of students.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Understanding of school-based occupational therapy practices and special education regulations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of students.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- New graduates with a passion for working in schools are encouraged to apply.
