Position: Certified Surgical Tech (CST) - Brandon, OR - 3x8s Days

Start Date: June 5th

Location: Brandon, Oregon, USA

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and certified Surgical Tech (CST) to join our team in Brandon, Oregon. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 3x8s (three 8-hour shifts) during the day.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures
- Set up surgical instruments and equipment
- Assist the surgical team during surgeries
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide appropriate support
- Assist with patient positioning and prepping
- Handle surgical instruments and supplies with care
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Qualifications:

- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Previous experience as a Surgical Tech is preferred
- Knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
