Job Information

• CST
• Shift: Days (M-F)
• Hours: 6:45a-7:15p (5x8's)
• Call: 30 min. response time 
• Weekends: Rotation every 6th Saturday 
• 1 Holiday a year
• Start date: ASAP (13 weeks)

Qualifications

• BLS
• Active CST cert. 
• General, Ortho, GYN, Spine, Neuro
• Vascular, ENT, Robotics, URO
• Recent 2 years' experience 

It was first settled in the year 1870. The community was named Hazel Crest in 1900 due to the presence of numerous hazelnut bushes nearby. The village of Hazel Crest was officially incorporated in 1912. There are a number of museums near Hazel Crest which provide enriching educational experiences.
