Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients.
- Manage and mentor a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement clinical pharmacy programs and initiatives to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote evidence-based medication therapy management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist with accreditation processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

- Valid Pharmacist license in the state of New Jersey.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, clinical pharmacy practices, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in pharmacy software systems.
