Clinical Staff Pharmacist- Full time - Contract to hire

Soliant Health is in partnership with a highly reputable healthcare facility, we are seeking experienced Pharmacists to join our dynamic team in Turlock, CA. If you thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment, we have the opportunity for you.

Schedule Options:

1. Monday to Friday - 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM
2. 7 days on, 7 days off - 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM (10-hour shifts)

As a Safety Net Hospital serving with over 400 beds, we encounter a high volume of activity and frequent call-ins which will allow you to develop your clinical skillset and judgment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Primarily working in a 'checking' capacity, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of medication orders
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
• Managing medication inventory and overseeing proper storage and handling procedures
• Adhering to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate patient records
• Providing guidance and support to pharmacy staff as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a valid California pharmacist license
• Possesses some hospital experience (previous checking experience is preferred but not mandatory)
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a busy and demanding environment
• Exhibits a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Shows resilience and the ability to handle high levels of stress
