Contract Retail Pharmacist - Long Term Care Pharmacy

Location: Northeast Indiana

Duration: 6-8 weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm with rotating weekends

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract Retail Pharmacist to join our closed-door long term care pharmacy in Northeast Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to prescriptions and established protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication therapy outcomes
- Perform medication therapy management and review drug interactions
- Maintain accurate records and handle all necessary documentation

Requirements:
- Valid Indiana pharmacist license
- Proven experience working in a retail pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
